Asta Development strikes agreement with Planning Planet
Asta Development, a leader in project management software solutions for construction and IT, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Planning Planet, the world’s largest online community of planners and project controllers. The deal will broaden Asta Development’s access to the global planning community and enable it to engage in more active dialogue with more than 30,000 planners worldwide.
The agreement will help the company to increase the profile of Asta Powerproject, its flagship construction project management product. Asta Powerproject is already a standard for professional project management for construction and engineering, together with Asta Powerproject Enterprise, a construction management software solution that enables teams to work together effectively on larger projects. Asta Development plans to utilise Planning Planet as a platform to deliver special offers, webinars and promotion to members, as well as ensure that the audience is kept up to date with product updates, new releases and enhancements.
Asta Development will also be joining the Planning Planet Board of Advisors to offer specialist construction and engineering industry insight. Paul Bamforth, Managing Director, Asta Development said “Planning Planet has become a thriving global community which already includes thousands of Asta Powerproject users and advocates. It is a very natural step for Asta Development to become more involved with the community, and we look forward to sharing our specialist insight and experience with an even more international audience.”
